Authors of accepted abstracts should register prior to the conference, to guarantee the publication and presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference registration fees include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admission to all conference sessions;<\/li>\n<li>A printed copy of the Book of Abstracts; <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>(included in Virtual Presentation fee)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li>A soft copy of the Conference Proceedings (USB stick);<\/li>\n<li>Final Conference Program (printed version);<\/li>\n<li>Conference bag;<\/li>\n<li>Name Badge;<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of attendance as author of a presentation (oral or poster), or as participant; <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>(included in Virtual Presentation fee)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Coffee breaks and Luncheons;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*All registered participants are invited to attend for free the <a href=\"http:\/\/inpact-psychologyconference.org\/social-event\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Social Event\u00a0(Tour + Dinner)<\/span><\/a> that we are organizing, but only upon confirming the attendance in this social event, otherwise we\u00a0cannot guarantee available seats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extras:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hard copy of the Book of Proceedings\u00a0= 60 \u20ac (per volume)<\/li>\n<li>Extra ticket for Social Event*\u00a0= 45 \u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Registration notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One author registration can cover a maximum of two accepted presentations (Oral, Poster, Virtual), or one Workshop presentation, but only the access of one author to the conference. If more than a co-author wants to attend the conference he or she should also register;<\/li>\n<li>Only the registered accepted presentations can be presented (oral, poster or other) in the conference.<\/li>\n<li>Only the registered participants can get into the conference area (as author of presentations or as general public).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All payments must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Payments must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit Card (Visa, Euro\/Mastercard, American Express)<\/li>\n<li>Bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient &#8211; bank details available in the registration form)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation and Refunding:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All conference registration cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat prior to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">February\u00a028th, 2019<\/span> and will be charged a fee (180\u00a0\u20ac) per registration.
