The Social Event will be on April 24, starting at 15:45. We will depart from the conference venue.<\/strong>
This event consists of a Panoramic Tour where you will have the opportunity to experience some of Funchal\u2019s beautiful places, followed by DINNER at the “Restaurante Do Forte”<\/em>. <\/strong>
For this visit, it is advisable to use comfortable shoes and clothes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All registered participants are invited to attend the Social Event (Tour + Dinner) that we are organizing for free, but only upon confirming their attendance in this social event<\/span>, otherwise, we cannot guarantee available seats.<\/p>\n

With this tour, you will enjoy a ride in Telef\u00e9rico do Funchal<\/em>. From the cable car, floating over the city, you can enjoy Funchal\u2019s Amphitheatre, the view of the bay, and reach the top of Monte parish. Watch the city depart, as you climb the slopes and approach a steep landscape fitted by the Atlantic Ocean. After you reach the Monte<\/em> you will enjoy a garden tour at Monte<\/em> Palace Madeira. The Monte<\/em> Palace Madeira occupies an area of 70.000 square meters and houses a great exotic plants collection, coming from all over the world, together with swans and ducks, that populate the central lake and peacocks that stroll free in the main areas of the property. It has both exotic plants native to various countries (Cycads and Protea from South Africa, azaleas from Belgium, heather from Scotland, among others) and indigenous plants from the Madeira forest namely, Laurissilva<\/em>, such as ferns, cedars, laurels, Canary Laurels, etc. The beauty of this tropical garden will speak for itself.<\/p>\n

Once the visit to the Monte<\/em> Palace Madeira ends, we will go to the city, ending with a pleasant city tour around Funchal\u2019s most iconic places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
