*\u00a0<\/strong>Each Call for Abstracts (CFA) has its own deadlines.\u00a0Authors of accepted abstracts should follow the\u00a0deadline and instructions sent in the notification email.
\n** We only accept Onsite Registrations of Participants\/Listeners. Authors of accepted abstracts should register prior to the conference, to guarantee publication and presentation.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Conference registration fees include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Admission to all conference sessions;<\/li>\n
  • Electronic copies of the Book of Proceedings and Book of Abstracts;\u00a0(included in the Virtual Presentation fee)<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Final Conference Program (printed version);<\/li>\n
  • Conference bag;<\/li>\n
  • Name Badge;<\/li>\n
  • Certificate of attendance as the author of a presentation, or as a participant;\u00a0(included in the Virtual Presentation fee)<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Coffee breaks and Luncheons;<\/li>\n
  • All registered participants are invited to attend for free the\u00a0Social Event\u00a0(Tour + Dinner)<\/strong>\u00a0that we are organizing but\u00a0only upon confirming attendance<\/strong>\u00a0in this social event, otherwise we cannot guarantee available seats (we will send an email to all registered participants asking for this confirmation before the conference starts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Extras:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Hard-copy of the Book of Proceedings = 65 \u20ac (per volume)<\/li>\n
    • Extra ticket for Social Event = 70 \u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Registration notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • One author registration can cover a maximum of two accepted presentations (Oral, Poster, Virtual), or one Workshop presentation, but only the access of one author to the conference. If more than one co-author wants to attend the conference, he or she should also register;<\/li>\n
      • Only the registered accepted presentations can be presented (oral, poster or other) at the conference.<\/li>\n
      • Only the registered participants can enter the conference area (as authors of presentations or as general public).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Important Note:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>Please\u00a0DO NOT<\/strong>\u00a0use any\u00a0Accent marks\u00a0and\/or\u00a0Diacritical marks\u00a0in the registration form, since our online platform doesn\u2019t recognize them.<\/p>\n

        Payments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        All payments must be made in Euros. Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise, registration will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

        Payments must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by:<\/p>\n

        • Credit Card (Visa, Euro\/Mastercard, American Express)<\/li>\n
        • Bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient \u2013 bank details available in the registration form)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Cancellation and Refunding:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          All conference registration cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat prior to\u00a0February 27th<\/sup>, 2026<\/strong>\u00a0and will be charged a fee (180\u00a0\u20ac) per registration.
