 How to get to conference venue from the airport

 These are a few options how to get to the conference hotel departing from the airport:

– By metro:

First you need to take bus 200E from the airport to the Kőbánya-Kispest Metro Station (this is the final stop for bus 200E). From Kőbánya-Kispest metro station, take Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) towards Újpest Központ. Ride the metro until you reach the station “Dózsa György út.”, which is relatively close to Danubius Hotel Helia. From the metro station it’s a short walk to Danubius Hotel Helia (650m).
Alternatively, you could take bus 100E from the airport to Deák Ferenc tér. This is a direct bus line connecting the airport to the city center. At Deák Ferenc tér., transfer to Metro Line 3 (Blue Line) and the rest of the trajectory is the same as mentioned above.

– By bus:

Take bus 100E towards Deák Ferenc tér M (terminal) and exit in Kálvin Tér M bus stop. At Kálvin Tér M, transfer to bus line 15 towards Gyöngyösi utca M and exit at Dráva utca bus stop. From the bus stop it’s a short walk to Danubius Hotel Helia (230m). Bus stop Dráva utca – lines 15/115

– By train:

Take bus 200E towards Kőbánya-Kispest M until you reach Ferihegy Vasútállomás. At Ferihegy Vasútállomás change station and take the train line RE towards BUDAPEST-NYUGATI in Ferihegy until you reach
Budapest-Nyugati stop. Walk 130m to change to the Nyugati Railway Station (Nyugati Pályaudvar) and take the M3 metro line towards Újpest-központ until Dózsa György Út. From Dózsa György Út it’s a short walk to Danubius Hotel Helia (780m).

– By Taxi:

Taxi stands are located in front of both Terminal 2A and 2B. Only one company – Főtaxi – is authorized to provide taxi rides. Főtaxi guarantees regulated rates with prepaid tickets available at taxi stands. It transports passengers between Terminal 2 and the capital. Passengers arriving at the airport can make their reservations at the booths set up at the entrance to Terminals 2A and 2B. Taxis are readily available at the airport. A trip to the city center costs approximately HUF 10,800 (EUR 28) and takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

In addition to public transport, passengers can reach Budapest city center from the airport by using a shuttle service. If you are at downtown these are a few options to reach the conference’s hotel:

– By metro:

Starting from Deák Ferenc tér, a central point in Budapest. Go to the Deák Ferenc tér Station and take the M3 metro line towards Újpest-központ until Dózsa György Ú. From Dózsa György Út it’s a short walk to Danubius Hotel Helia (780m).

– By bus:

Starting from Deák Ferenc tér, a central point in Budapest. Walk to the bus stop Erzsébet Tér and take the bus 15 towards Gyöngyösi utca M until you reach the bus stop Dráva Utca. From Dráva Utca walk 340m to Danubius Hotel Helia.

– By car:

Leaving from Deák Ferenc tér, take Erzsébet tér to József Attila u. Continue on József Attila u.. Take Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út and Váci út following straight to Victor Hugo u. Follow Victor Hugo u. and Kárpát u. for 1.3 km to Danubius Hotel Helia.
